• How do I delay or cancel my subscription? +
  You can pause, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Alternatively, just drop us an e-mail and we'll take care of it for you. Please note that any changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch — we'll send a reminder e-mail three days beforehand to help with this.
• Can I get a refund on a product I've already opened? +
  Yes — our 90-day money-back guarantee covers your first order, including opened products. If the product hasn't met your expectations, get in touch at support@wellscience.co.uk within 90 days of purchase and we'll process your refund. There's no need to return anything.

• My item arrived damaged — what should I do? +
  We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@wellscience.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and include a photograph of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately — there's no need to return the product.
