  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within that window, please check your tracking link or contact us at support@wellscience.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
  • You can pause, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Alternatively, just drop us an e-mail and we'll take care of it for you. Please note that any changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch — we'll send a reminder e-mail three days beforehand to help with this.
  • Yes — our 90-day money-back guarantee covers your first order, including opened products. If the product hasn't met your expectations, get in touch at support@wellscience.co.uk within 90 days of purchase and we'll process your refund. There's no need to return anything.
  • Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Please refer to the individual product pages for full ingredient details, allergen information, and dietary certifications. If you have a specific query about a product's suitability, don't hesitate to get in touch.
  • Yes, we ship to most EU countries and a range of international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@wellscience.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and include a photograph of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately — there's no need to return the product.
