WellScience products are food supplements formulated to support general health and wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Whilst we do our best to ensure that all product descriptions and imagery are accurate, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will precisely reflect the product. We reserve the right to modify product formulations and packaging, with appropriate notice provided where material changes are made.
3. Placing an Order
When you submit an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where there has been a pricing error on our website.
Your order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. If your order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. We use secure, industry-standard encryption and do not store your full card details.
- If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional import taxes will be applied.
- For international orders, you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
To protect against fraud, we may validate the name, address, and payment details you provide against appropriate third-party databases. We take the risk of fraudulent transactions seriously and reserve the right to cancel orders where necessary.
5. Subscriptions
Our Subscribe & Save programme allows you to receive regular deliveries of our products at a discounted price. By subscribing, you authorise WellScience to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are held securely by our payment processor.
- You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- To avoid being charged for the next delivery, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date.
- We'll notify you by e-mail at least three days before each upcoming dispatch.
- Subscription pricing may be adjusted from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be subject to delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control. 7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on the first delivery of any product purchased directly from wellscience.co.uk. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. Please note that refunds do not extend to subsequent deliveries, original shipping charges, duties, or taxes. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
Where you choose to return goods, please ensure they are reasonably packaged to protect them from damage in transit. Returned items are subject to our inspection. Where goods have been opened or their condition is such that they are no longer resalable, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable remedial fee from any refund due, not exceeding the original purchase price.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
