When determining the appropriate retention period, we take into account the nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use, the purposes of processing, and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Order records are typically kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Marketing data is deleted promptly upon unsubscription.

Please note that opting out of marketing will not affect service communications relating to your orders or account.
