Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you, and what to do if things haven't quite gone to plan.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If you place an order after 1pm on a Friday, it will go out first thing on Monday morning.

As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Subscribe & Save orders: Your subscription is dispatched automatically on your chosen schedule. We'll send a reminder e-mail three days before each dispatch date — if you need to make any changes, please do so at least 48 hours beforehand.

International Delivery

We ship to most EU countries and a range of international destinations. Costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs & import duties: UK delivery addresses are not subject to additional import taxes. For international orders, you may be liable for duties or taxes charged by your destination country's customs authority — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking details within three business days of placing your order, please get in touch with our support team and we'll look into it straight away.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, we'd ask that you check your tracking link in the first instance. If it appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Day Money-Back Guarantee

If our products haven't lived up to your expectations, we'll issue a full refund on your first order within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.

Please note: Our refund guarantee applies to your first delivery of any given product. For subsequent shipments, you can reschedule or cancel from your account at any time. The refund does not cover original shipping charges, import duties, or taxes. Limited to one refund per product.

How to Request a Refund

    Get in Touch

    E-mail us at hello@wellscience.co.uk with your order number and a brief note about why the product didn't meet your expectations. We'll come back to you within one business day.

    We'll Confirm Eligibility

    Our team will check your order details and confirm whether your refund qualifies. If it does, there's nothing you need to return — we'll process it straight away.

    Refund to Your Original Payment Method

    Once approved, your refund will be returned to the card or payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Managing Your Subscription

If you'd like to delay, pause, or cancel your next order, please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date. You can do this directly from your account dashboard, or simply drop our team an e-mail and we'll take care of it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — and there's no need to send anything back.

Items Not Eligible for a Refund

The following fall outside our refund guarantee:

  • Second or subsequent deliveries of the same product
  • Products purchased through a third-party retailer (e.g. Amazon)
  • Original shipping charges, import duties, or taxes
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you feel your statutory rights apply to your situation, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
